Come on try it! Try to escape from what annoys you. It is exactly the same as throwing a boomerang. To launch it with all your might away from you. Have you tried? Do you know the feeling? Yes! He will be with you again soon. And you throw it again, exerting all your strength, giving your all. And he comes back even faster. Why does this happen? Well, because you constantly hold what you don't want in your thoughts, emotions and vibrations.

Why really? I have said many times that my life totally changed after I realized how powerful the mind is during meditation. Because relaxation and mind when combined together have the power to materialize.

Remember what the YN/YAN symbol looks like. The light and dark sides are intertwined in it. But there is a little bit of the dark in the light side. And vice versa. Nothing in life is just black or just white. The things of life are based on the nuances of these two elements. And if they do not intertwine, our life will lose much of its charm.

For 9 years now, I have been learning to live more simply. A life cleared of most of the things people fill their lives with, and with space open to what really matters.

A life that is not constantly busy with rushing and running around, but with contemplation and creation, connectedness with the people I love and time spent being active in nature.

Have you noticed that when you leave the office upset, people on the subway are rude to you? And you are rude to them. And how different the world looks when you are in love! The world is your mirror!

I remember the time when topics about spirituality, about the soul, about energy, were taboo topics. Everyone was excited about them, but they were only discussed in closed groups. It was a time when we lived only immersed in matter and behaved as if nothing else existed. There was no literature on the subject (it was distributed only apocryphally), no information, no seminars, no articles.

The power of words is immense and they infinitely influence everything we do. Because! You are the one saying every word. Each word, in turn, creates a certain vibration. Every word has tremendous power. Some words have extraordinary positive power. And others the opposite.
