The words that motivate and heal us! Use them!

They say that the power of words is divided equally between the person who speaks them and the person who hears them. In this article, we will not talk about communication between people. We want to focus your attention on words that motivate and heal.

It's about 5 expressions that we can say to ourselves in order to be more motivated every day. They motivate us and make us able to cope with the problems that often rob us of our happiness and even our health.

How about making these 5 healing words a part of your daily life? They are easy to remember!

The words that motivate and heal us

1. I'm fine

At the first moment you will say that it is a contradiction.

How can you tell yourself "I'm fine" if it's not true?

How can you express something positive when in reality you feel confused, stressed, and filled with pain? This is exactly why it is imperative to supplement the affirmation "I'm fine" with the phrase "and I can handle it."

Positive thoughts are fundamental and mandatory in everyday life.

A positive attitude does not mean denying the existence of problems or underestimating difficulties. It is a way to deal with reality, arming yourself with motivation and energy.

If you see things in a negative way and confirm this with phrases like "I'm not capable", "I'm making my life impossible" or others of that variety, the only thing you will achieve is yes, springing from problems. That's exactly why it's important to always take a deep breath and tell yourself, "I'm fine and I'll be fine."

Try it out. Say loudly and confidently, "I'm fine."

Say it with conviction and vigor.

You will immediately notice that you generate strength and motivation to move forward towards solving the problem. There may be difficulties and trials around you, but you are ready to face them head on. Why not try?

2. I can do it

Never forget to put the pronoun "I" at the beginning of this phrase. You are responsible for your life and you need to take control of the problems to look at the world with a clear eye.

If you don't find motivation within yourself, no one can help you find it. No one can help you more than yourself.

Don't put yourself within limitations or excuses:

I am not capable of doing this because it is too late to change”, “There are many other people who are more capable than me, why take the risk…”

Don't fall into the trap of these discouraging thoughts. Look in the mirror and convince yourself that you have the inner strength to achieve what you want. An "I can" attitude is the key to healing. You should repeat this phrase to yourself every day. These are words that heal.

3. I deserve it

And why not? Why not deserve a few hours a day dedicated to yourself? A time to enjoy things that make you happy, to practice a hobby, or to be alone? You are probably one of those people who puts all your energy and time into satisfying other people's needs. You put your own needs after those of others. Be careful. Finally, you will find that you have exhausted all your energy and suddenly realized that others do not even remember your efforts and gestures.

And why not? You deserve it!

4. It will pass

It is possible that you are currently facing a problem that does not allow you to live your life to the fullest. The problem has obsessed you. It stresses you out and will make you sick at some point. If you notice that you are more tired and your daily life is dominated by negative thoughts... If the migraines have returned...

Stop for a minute. Think about it. Lift up. Sit down. It is important to think about the fact that things pass. Life doesn't stop. Nothing lasts forever.

The more you focus on the problem, the more you suffer.

If something in your relationship with your partner worries you, talk to him or her. If something isn't going right in the workplace, try to resolve it. That way you won't turn it into a problem that worries you constantly. Don't bury your problems inside yourself.

Life moves at a fast pace. The most important thing is to know what is happening here and now, to understand that nothing is eternal, and everything is relative. Relax and repeat to yourself a few simple words that heal: "It will pass, everything will pass."

5. Love!

Love heals, envelops, protects and at the same time gives freedom. Whenever you use the word "love" as a means of healing, you are not simply applying it to the way you treat those around you.

In such moments you speak of self-love.

It is able to improve your self-esteem, and this is important because it allows you to cope with everyday problems. Love is a path to discovering the happiness you deserve to feel. And you deserve it - without a doubt.

Love your body, love yourself as you are, your character, your personality.

When you have a problem, be convinced that you are the only person who is capable and suitable to find a solution. Have confidence in yourself because you love yourself, because you know yourself and know that you have the necessary qualities.

If a person does not love himself, it is very difficult for him to offer love to others. That's exactly why never forget this important word. Remember it and repeat it to yourself as you repeat other healing words.
