According to the great mystic and writer Deepak Chopra, about 50,000 thoughts pass through our mind a day. And the next day, 49,990 of them are repeated.

What are our thoughts? Our thoughts reflect the contents of our mind. And if you decide to observe your thoughts for a while, you will find that they have the same vibrational structure, or in other words, every thought attracts to itself a similar vibrational thought. In this way, thoughts are linked one after the other as a chain of vibrations of similar frequency. Our thoughts are a translation of our vibration.
