We show you the famous Tibetan exercise for the treatment of the thyroid gland. This exercise provides increased blood flow to the gland. Therefore, your thyroid gland will be purified.

STEP 1 - Rub your palms together to warm them up. Then gently place your palms on the thyroid gland and hold them there for about ten seconds.

 

STEP 2 – Three times in a row you must swallow your saliva or drink three sips of water.

 

STEP 3 – Exhale slowly. As you exhale, tilt your head forward and press your chin to your chest as hard as possible. Hold your chin for a few seconds without breathing. As you begin to breathe, lift your chin up and drop your head back. Keep your head in this position for some time. Once you start exhaling, tuck your chin into your chest again.

 

STEP 4 - With your chin on your chest, slowly roll your head left and right, never lifting your chin off your chest. In this way, an excellent massage of the thyroid gland is performed.

Repeat steps 1, 2, 3, 4. Your head rises as you inhale and lowers as you exhale. And so on, ten times.

 

The exercise can be done sitting or standing. It is necessary to do it often, as it leads to an improvement in the condition of the thyroid gland. It is especially useful in hypothyroidism.
