Second, write down three things you want to accomplish this week.
Third, write down three things you want to accomplish this year.

– Repeat these things to yourself throughout the day and eventually you will make time to finish them
– Pay attention to how long you think these tasks will take and improve your estimates over time.
– And most importantly: reward yourself when you complete your tasks.
