To accept the things I can't change

Give me patience

For things that take time,

Gratitude for all that I already have

And tolerance for people with different problems…

Give me the freedom

To live beyond the limitations of my past,

The ability to feel Your love for me

And to lavish my love on You and everyone else…

And bless me

With the strength to get up and go on again,
