In the season of winter, we seem to enjoy and appreciate every ray of sunshine that breaks through the clouds. And when the sun has already permanently taken its place, we begin to frown and hide from it a little less. Then, when it becomes a warm spring, everything around us starts to "wind up" us to feel tired. It's becoming mainstream for everyone to complain about spring fatigue. And gradually this thought pattern prevails and we have no choice but to "surrender".

              And if I tell you that spring fatigue is just a program that you voluntarily load into your mind. Of course, after the winter months there is a slight period of adaptation for your intelligent organism. Of course, you need to take care of him in time and gently. To strengthen him and help him get through this period with ease. But certainly that virus program that you yourself agree to "install",
it takes a huge part of your energy and work capacity, just because you have activated the "spring fatigue" program in your software. You've already heard of one of the basic laws of the universe, that Like attracts like. And your tendency to look forward to spring fatigue, to think about it, to talk about it, to complain about it, is exactly the kind that ultimately brings it to you. I experimented with this for years. And it really works.

It's just that in a wonderful distant spring I decided that I don't have to have spring fatigue. Right then I made a decision that I would not whine about it, I would not give in to the mass trend, I would not comment on it with friends, I would expect her and accordingly I would not invite her. I made a decision that I want to enjoy all the shades that spring brings with it. To be complete. To be full of energy. To take care of myself.

Yes! I will eat more fresh food. Yes! I will spend more time outdoors and breathe fresh air. Yes! I'm going to make some herbs. Yes! I will drink more water. Yes! I will find a way to make time for my favorite activities of yoga and meditation. Yes! I will add supplements like bee pollen, flaxseed oil, hemp seed, honey, raw cacao, etc. to my daily menu. And yes! I will keep out of my mind that strange program that, for some reason, so many people have chosen as their own without even questioning it. Here's another very good idea here.

 And you know what? I get it. I pass more and more invisibly through spring fatigue. And my spring days are more and more fulfilling. Because I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE! Because I STOPPED FEELING OBLIGED! Because I STOPPED WAITING!

Try it too! Don't just trust me, try it and you will be very pleasantly surprised. Because the key to everything that happens to us is in our hands. It's your body and you can choose what's good for it.

No! You don't have to have spring fatigue. But not at all 😉
