To worry is to use your imagination to create something you don't want

The thing is, you're too used to it to worry. And worrying has become a habit of yours that you have persistently and consistently cultivated for years. Moreover, when you worry you are actually in the comfort zone where you feel significant, important. And it's as if if you don't worry, it's as if you're not doing anything important. It's time to realize that worry is just a habit that you willingly allow to enter, to come and start disrupting the harmony within you.

You know perfectly well that every thought that passes through your mind creates a vibration. And every vibration materializes. Your thoughts, beliefs and emotions materialize what happens in your life. That's why it's time to realize that every time, when you are worried about something, you are using your vibration to create something you don't want in your life. This is the result of the worries. Anxiety creates and materializes more and many times more than what you don't want to have in your life.

If something that worries you can be changed, don't waste your time worrying, but act. When you take action, when you start looking for a solution to the problem, the worry falls away because all your attention is directed to taking action and doing the things that will get you out of the unwanted situation.

If, on the other hand, what you are worried about, you have no power over it and it does not depend on you at all. Then there's nothing you can do anyway. But by worrying, you're betting on a low-frequency vibration that will actually make the situation even worse.

You would not want to use this powerful tool that you have, your vibration, to create things that you do not wish to have in your life.

So remember! Every time you catch yourself worrying, first think if it is not a fruit of that momentum. Is there really a serious reason for this? If you have reason and things depend on you. Get to work. Roll up your sleeves and start looking for a solution. If you have a reason, but things are not up to you, then why worry. Like you can't change anything anyway.

The next time you get caught, that you are worried about something. Stop! Realize! And say to yourself:

Wait, something very important is happening here. I am currently creating things that I do not wish to have in my life.

And then choose to focus on solving the problem, not generating more of it. Because when you worry you generate more and more. When you commit to the decision you will experience an energy of relief.

Use your vibes wisely. Your every thought, your every feeling means a lot. This cannot happen suddenly. But you will be a little less aware, first of all, of the power you have to create and then that you have the right to choose where to direct your attention. And gradually you will begin to feel how your life will really begin to change.
