The health of the whole body is hidden in the heels

According to the canons of ancient Chinese medicine, active points are concentrated in the heels, which are responsible for the proper functioning of all organs. And if the heels are "untrained", then the whole body suffers, and as a result, every organ ages.

So, what are the tips for maintaining the health of the feet, and ultimately the whole body? Let's turn again to the wisdom of Chinese doctors.

Tip No. 1. Gymnastics

It is necessary to walk barefoot, on the heels, as well as on the inside and outside of the foot. It is not enough to walk barefoot only at home. According to Chinese medicine, one should walk barefoot on meadows, forest roads, seashores, and anything natural (such as pavement) given to us by Mother Nature. This strengthens the muscles and bones of the legs, improves blood circulation and thus renews the functioning of the internal organs. Classic gymnastics with a tennis ball that rolls with the feet is another way to improve the health not only of our feet, but also of the whole body.

Tip #2: Hit!

Start hitting your feet right now – every day. The blows are applied evenly on the cushion under the toes. Of course, they should be light and bearable. It is better not to tap with your fingers. For the "beating" you should use a small rubber or wooden mallet. If you do not have such a hammer at hand, a glass bottle will also work. Tap until a pleasant warmth begins to flow throughout the body.

Chinese medicine defines this technique as one of the best remedies. With its help, blood circulation in the legs and throughout the body is improved.

Those who are visually impaired should additionally lightly tap the bottom of the second and third fingers 5 times minutes every day. Most of you know that there are areas that are reflexively connected, both to the eyes and to the rest of the organs of our body.

Tip #3: Massage

Also, it is good to regularly massage the special point that is located on the arch of the feet - Yun-quan. The search for this point should be directly under the toes in the middle of the arch of the foot. You can do a dry massage, that is, just press the point 20 times without rest (first on one leg, and then on the other). Do the massage in the morning and in the evening. No additional force needs to be applied.

You can also do a different massage on the Yun-quan point. Soak feet in warm water. The water temperature should not be more than 38-40 degrees. Keep until the water cools. Then press the point 80 times without stopping. Finish by gently massaging the entire foot for about 3-5 minutes.

Tip #4: Take walks

And, of course, the main stimulator of the health of the heels, feet and the whole body are long walks. As mentioned at the beginning, if you can walk barefoot in the forest or a nearby park, that would be best.

Do not forget to observe basic safety rules during the walks.
