It also offers incredible scenery in the mountains, in the area called Sierra de Cádiz. The perfect place for trekking, rafting and even canyoning!

It is an equally romantic city and has amazing villages around that are worth visiting.

If you want the perfect day, spend the day chilling at Playa el Palmar, have a drink at “Cortijo el Cartero” and head to Vejer de La Frontera for dinner. There is no better plan!

2. Slovenia

Slovenia is such an amazing destination for couples.

It's a small country, the roads are good and car rentals are cheap. It also has many mountains and lakes, making it a great place for adventure.

One of the most popular options is Lake Bled and its surroundings. Pure nature with lots to do and even a castle to visit. There are usually not many people and it is a truly magical place and an ideal destination for a couple's holiday.

In addition, Lake Bled, Bled Castle and the Vintgar gorge are the most famous attractions and there are many easy and beautiful hikes around.

Ljubljana also offers really good restaurants at an amazing price.

So this combination of nature and charming places makes Slovenia one of the most romantic destinations.

The different culture, the amazing food, the sense of family they have, etc. It will make you feel curious the moment you walk in.

Not to mention the number of things to see and do: stunning architecture, camel rides, cooking classes, shows. Although the simple fact of visiting El Fna Square at dusk will entertain you quite a bit!

What makes Paris great is the perfect balance of sightseeing and entertainment. With a few days in the city visiting the most iconic sights, and a few more days at Disneyland Paris, you'll have the perfect combination of adventure for a couple.

A day trip to Disneyland is a must. You'll probably want to stay and live in Disneyland forever, and so will we.

Also, a dinner cruise is a beautiful way to see Paris from a different perspective.

As you can see, there are many reasons why Paris is a very romantic holiday destination.

8. Algarve, Portugal

The Algarve is becoming a well-known destination, but it wasn't like that a while ago.

The truth is, it's hard to keep such a gem a secret. If relaxing on great unspoilt beaches is your idea of a vacation, this is a top destination.

It is better to explore the Algarve during the summer months as the opportunities are greater. The beaches are stunning and not as crowded as other places in high season, although that changes quickly.

There are many beautiful villages around to explore and the seafood here is not only amazing but also cheaper than most places. Water sports are one of the best things to do in the Algarve.

Our personal recommendation is to visit and explore Lagos and Sagres which are stunning.

9. Bergen, Norway

Norway offers many great holiday destinations for adventure-seeking couples.

It may not be the cheapest destination on the list, but we can assure you that a mid-range hotel and car rental is not much more expensive than anywhere else.

It is especially suitable for trekking and the fjords. There are also stunning cruises and the charming train to Flam which is such a magical experience.

We recommend flying into Bergen, renting a car and booking a great Airbnb somewhere in the fjord.

10. Hanoi, Vietnam

Hanoi is such a vibrant city full of life. But the best thing about it is really its location.

It is at the center of some of the most amazing sites in the world.

Have you heard of Halong Bay? A day trip to Halong is one of the most amazing and romantic things you can do.

As one goes south to Ninh Binh province which offers dramatic and beautiful scenery.

In most of these places, a boat tour is one of the best ways to see it, although there is much more to do.

A night cruise in Halong Bay is a must for couples.

It's probably one of the best things we've ever done. We did it with Rosa Cruise and it was a wonderful experience.
