❤️ Lent begins and it's time to give ourselves this type of care:

    ‼️Easter fasting is not a diet, but a conscious choice

🪷It is very important to consider our health condition!
🪷 From Monday (27.02.2023) to Easter aim to eat more plant-based food. LET'S HOLD ON TO THE GREENS, as our grandmothers say. An abundance of seasonal vegetables will begin now. There is nothing better for the body than seasonal food.
🪷Drink more water, so the body will be able to get rid of the toxins that the body will clean.
🪷Avoid replacing meat and dairy with sugary and pasta foods. This is one of the biggest mistakes people make. Gradually reduce them to a minimum
🪷Dairy products form mucus in the body and fasting helps the body get rid of it. And the mucus in the body is a prerequisite and an ideal environment for the development of bacteria, fungi and viruses.
🪷Let fasting be accompanied by a detox of the mind. It is not by chance that the posts begin with Forgiveness.
