Le 30 novembre, nous c\u00e9l\u00e9brons la Saint-Andr\u00e9. L'\u00c9glise chr\u00e9tienne c\u00e9l\u00e8bre St. Ap\u00f4tre Andr\u00e9. Le jour marque le d\u00e9but du cycle hivernal des jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Dans le nord de la Bulgarie, ce jour-l\u00e0, ils c\u00e9l\u00e8brent en l'honneur des ours, croyant que Saint-Andr\u00e9 est leur ma\u00eetre. Selon la l\u00e9gende populaire, le saint a vaincu l'ours, l'a attel\u00e9 \u00e0 une charrue et a labour\u00e9 la terre. Pour cette raison, du rago\u00fbt cuit (le plus souvent du ma\u00efs) est jet\u00e9 dans la chemin\u00e9e avec les mots: "Vous portez du ma\u00efs bouilli, ne mangez pas le cru et ne mangez pas les gens et le b\u00e9tail!" C'est encore croyait que l'ours \u00e9tait la partie principale de la f\u00eate, et comme le fait grand-m\u00e8re, elle accroche une image ou quelque chose ressemblant \u00e0 un ours sur le mur le plus proche de la table.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Dans la nuit du 29 au 30 novembre, les mari\u00e9s font fortune pour leurs \u00e9pouses, demandent le sort de l'\u00c9tat et proposent parfois de les \u00e9pouser. Pendant les vacances, comme la plupart des vacances, qui font la transition de l'automne \u00e0 l'hiver, les femmes n'\u00e9taient pas cens\u00e9es travailler dans la maison. La majorit\u00e9 dit qu'\u00e0 la veille de la Saint-Andr\u00e9, ils entendent des choses mystiques. Et si vous souhaitez quelque chose de diff\u00e9rent, cela arrivera.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

De ce rago\u00fbt le matin, chaque membre du m\u00e9nage en jette un peu dans la chemin\u00e9e, souhaitant de "hautes" (bonnes) r\u00e9coltes, et le reste est mang\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
