Le 20 janvier (2 f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 l'ancienne), nous c\u00e9l\u00e9brons Petlevden - la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration des naissances masculines. L'\u00c9glise orthodoxe c\u00e9l\u00e8bre le R\u00e9v. Euthyme le Grand, ainsi que le patriarche Euthyme de Turnovo<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Evtim, Evtimii, Momchil, Radost, Radostin, Radostina, Drago, Dragomir, Vanessa, Ralin, Radina, Radoslav, Radislava, Sredko, Sredka et Sreten.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

L'histoire de Petlovden est li\u00e9e \u00e0 l'esclavage turc, lorsque les familles bulgares marquaient leurs portes avec le sang des coqs afin de tromper les autorit\u00e9s que les gar\u00e7ons de leurs maisons avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 pris comme janissaires. Selon les l\u00e9gendes, Petlevden est li\u00e9 \u00e0 la collecte de l'imp\u00f4t le plus lourd pour notre peuple \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque turque - l'imp\u00f4t sur le sang, la prise de petits gar\u00e7ons.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

L'histoire raconte comment une femme d'Erkech (village d'Erkech - Burgas) cache son enfant m\u00e2le et refuse de le donner aux Turcs, et ils menacent que si elle ne le livre pas, il sera abattu. Elle d\u00e9clare alors qu'elle \u00e9gorgera elle-m\u00eame son cher gar\u00e7on, mais ne le leur donnera pas. La nuit, elle emm\u00e8ne et cache son enfant loin du village, abat un coq \u00e0 minuit sur le seuil de la maison et asperge de son sang les gens. Quand ils sont revenus le matin, les Turcs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 stup\u00e9faits par l'action de la m\u00e8re et n'ont plus r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 les gar\u00e7ons pour les janissaires du village d'Erkech.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Depuis lors jusqu'\u00e0 aujourd'hui, ce jour est c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 comme une c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la naissance masculine, comme un jour du d\u00e9but masculin de la race bulgare.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Le jour du coq c\u00e9l\u00e8bre les enfants et pour les prot\u00e9ger des maladies, un coq ou un coq est \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour un gar\u00e7on ou une fille respectivement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

"\u00a0; avec le sang, est asperg\u00e9 partout; la t\u00eate du coq abattu, avec les pattes, est jet\u00e9e sur le toit de la maison, en pronon\u00e7ant des incantations sp\u00e9ciales.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Le jour du coq, un coq entier bouilli ou mijot\u00e9 avec du boulgour, du chou, compos\u00e9 de boulgour et de fromage, du pain frais, du lait de vache et du vin chaud, assaisonn\u00e9 de poivre rouge et noir chaud, doit \u00eatre plac\u00e9 sur la table rituelle.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
