Un vieux Cherokee parlait \u00e0 son petit-fils de la lutte qui se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de chacun de nous. Il a dit au gar\u00e7on que deux loups se battaient dans nos \u00e2mes.<\/p>\n

L'un est le mal - c'est la col\u00e8re, l'envie, le m\u00e9contentement, le d\u00e9ni, la cupidit\u00e9, l'arrogance, l'apitoiement sur soi, les sentiments d'inf\u00e9riorit\u00e9 ou de sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9, le mensonge, la fausse fiert\u00e9 et l'\u00e9gocentrisme.<\/p>\n

L'autre est bon - c'est la joie, la paix, l'amour, l'espoir, la tranquillit\u00e9, la modestie, la gentillesse, la bienveillance, la r\u00e9ciprocit\u00e9, la g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9, la sinc\u00e9rit\u00e9, la compassion et la foi.<\/p>\n

Le petit-fils r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit un instant puis demanda \u00e0 son grand-p\u00e8re :<\/p>\n

\u2013 Et quel loup gagne ?<\/p>\n

- Celui que tu nourris. - r\u00e9pondit le vieux Cherokee.<\/p>\n
