  9. Fermez les yeux et bougez lentement vos globes oculaires de haut en bas. r\u00e9p\u00e9ter 5 \u00e0 10 fois.<\/li>\n
  10. Les yeux ouverts, dessinez d'abord des figures simples dans les airs, puis des objets et des compositions plus complexes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
