R\u00e9p\u00e9tez 10 fois.<\/li>\n<li>Fermez les yeux et bougez lentement vos globes oculaires de haut en bas. r\u00e9p\u00e9ter 5 \u00e0 10 fois.<\/li>\n<li>Les yeux ouverts, dessinez d&#039;abord des figures simples dans les airs, puis des objets et des compositions plus complexes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cette chemise d&#039;entra\u00eenement simple est une bou\u00e9e de sauvetage pour <strong>yeux fatigu\u00e9s<\/strong>.
