Trae un estr\u00e9s monumental, nuevos temores y una gran cantidad de inc\u00f3gnitas. Agregue a eso el flujo constante de informaci\u00f3n (y, a veces, informaci\u00f3n contradictoria y cambiante) en los medios y en l\u00ednea, y no es de extra\u00f1ar que aparezcan estados depresivos.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de eso, todos hemos experimentado el aislamiento social y el contacto personal limitado. Mant\u00e9ngase conectado. Ya sea usando el tel\u00e9fono, reuniones virtuales en l\u00ednea o peque\u00f1as reuniones de distanciamiento social, hay formas de mantenerse en contacto con amigos y familiares. Es especialmente importante para la salud mental no reducir sus contactos y no encerrarse en s\u00ed mismo.
