Para evitar esto, haz ejercicios para los ojos<\/strong> para fortalecer los m\u00fasculos de los ojos.   2. Puso los ojos en blanco hacia la derecha y luego, moviendo los globos oculares en l\u00ednea recta, los hizo girar en la direcci\u00f3n opuesta. Haga este ejercicio al menos 5 veces en ambas direcciones.<\/li>\n

  5. Describe ochos con tus ojos.<\/li>\n
  6. Cierra los p\u00e1rpados durante 3 a 5 segundos y luego abre los ojos. Repita este ejercicio 7 veces, ayuda a relajar los m\u00fasculos de los ojos.<\/li>\n
  7. Con los dedos, presiona (\u00a1pero no fuerte!) las cejas en direcci\u00f3n hacia arriba. Deje que la presi\u00f3n contin\u00fae durante 2 segundos. Este ejercicio se realiza en una serie de 4-5 veces. Ayuda a reducir la presi\u00f3n intraocular.<\/li>\n
