From the point of view of holistic medicine, the psi-energy that swirls past this emotional state can become the cause of many dangerous diseases, depressive states, even oncological ones. That's why holding on to an insult in our country is like putting a lid on a spoiled dish. It won't get fresh. There is only one way, to open the lid and clear the negative energy that we do not have the strength to throw out.

Bhagavan Sri Rajneesh aka Osho is a spiritual teacher and philosopher born in India in 1931.

The Sage has an interesting way of dealing with offense. A mantra by which it is inflated, brought to an extreme, to absurdity, until it disappears completely. For a stronger effect, you can print it out, stand in front of the mirror and read it with an appropriate expression.

The effectiveness of this mantra has been proven by the experience of hundreds of thousands who have already forgiven and removed this bio-emotional blockage from their astral bodies.

“I'm such an important turkey that I can't let someone act according to their nature if I don't like it.

I am such an important turkey that if someone said or did something not as I expected - I will punish him with my insult.

Oh, let him see the importance of this—my insult! Let him receive it as punishment for his "offence". Well, I'm a very, very important turkey!

I don't value my life. I underestimate life so much that I am not at all sorry to waste its precious time on offense.

I will give up a minute of joy, a minute of happiness, a minute of jocularity, because I think it is better to use that minute for insult.

And it doesn't matter to me that those minutes become more and more and turn into hours, hours into days, days into weeks, weeks into months, and months into years.

I am not sorry to waste my years and spend them in offense - I do not value my life.

I am very vulnerable. I am so vulnerable that I am forced to guard my territory and respond with insults to anyone who steps on me.

I will hang a note on my forehead "Attention!
