Bernard Shaw's Rules

 1. The world consists of idlers willing to have money without working and fools willing to work without getting rich

 2. Dance is a vertical expression of a horizontal desire

 3. Hate - the revenge of the coward for the experienced fear.

 4. We have no right to consume happiness without producing it.

 5. An ideal man is a man who believes that he has ideal woman.

 6. The ability to endure solitude and experience pleasure is a great gift

 7. It's not dangerous to be sincere, especially if you're also stupid...

 8. Sometimes you have to make people laugh to distract them from hanging you.

 9. The greatest sin towards one's neighbor is not hatred, but indifference; it is the height of inhumanity

 10. Women somehow immediately know who we are ready to cheat on them with. Sometimes even before it crossed our mind.

 11. There is no woman who can say goodbye in less than thirty words

 12. It is easier to live with a passionate woman than a boring one. Indeed, they are sometimes suffocated, but rarely thrown away.

 13. Alcohol is an anesthetic that allows us to endure the operation called life.

 14. The sense of objective perception of reality is called cynicism by people who do not possess it.

 15. The one who can do, the one who can't, teaches others

 16. Try to get what you love, otherwise you will have to love what you got.

 17. Getting old is boring, but it's the only way to live long.

 18. The only lesson that can be learned from history is that people do not learn any lessons from history.

 19. A newspaper is a printed organ that sees no difference between the fall of a bicycle and the catastrophe of civilization.

 20. Democracy is a balloon hanging over your head and making you look up while others pick your pockets.

 21. If you have an apple and I have an apple and we exchange them, you and I will have one apple each. But look, if you have an idea and so do I, when we exchange them, each of us will have two ideas left.

 22. Sound logic and diligence make up for the lack of talent, until you can be the most brilliant of geniuses, but lose your life through stupidity.

 23. Ranks and titles are invented for those whose services to the country are indisputable, but unknown to the people of the country.

 24. A person is like a brick: the more it burns, the harder it becomes.

 25. Reputation is a mask that one has to wear, just like trousers or a jacket.

 26. A person who does not believe in anything is afraid of everything.

 27. Nature does not tolerate emptiness - where people do not know the truth, they fill the unknown with fictions.

 28. The sensible man adjusts himself to the world; the unreasonable tries to adapt the world to himself, therefore progress always depends on the unreasonable.

 29. Rich people with no convictions are more dangerous in modern society than poor women with no morals.

 30. Now that we have learned to fly in the air like birds and swim underwater like fish, we lack only one thing: to learn to live on earth like humans.
